Is an estimate for my home or business free?
|
Absolutely! The best way to get the ball rolling is to fill out our online "Request an Estimate" form. A member of our management team will promptly review your information and contact you. If you are in the initial phases of shopping around and are just looking for a loose estimate, we can put one together for you over the phone. If you are looking for a more comprehensive estimate, that takes into consideration your actual space, preferences and budget we suggest scheduling a complimentary in-person interview (only takes about 45min) where we can come view your home or office to give you the best true-to-life bid.

Do you always clean the whole house, or can I choose what I would like you to clean?

All of our cleanings are designed to meet Clean Bees Standards, every time. However, when we put a bid together for your family we can tailor it in a wide variety of ways. For example, if you only want the bathrooms and floors done one week, and the whole house done the next, we can do that! We love to work with our customers to find the perfect fit for your cleaning needs and budget.

How often can my house be cleaned?
|
As much as you like! We offer cleanings weekly, every other week, or monthly. We also offer one-time cleanings, and touch up cleanings that you can book hourly.

What's the difference between submitting an online estimate and scheduling an in-person interview?

We believe that every space, and every customer, has unique needs and requirements. We are proud to offer personalized, customized estimates/quotes so that we can cultivate the kind of personal and dependable relationship your family or business deserve from the very beginning.

How is your staff?
|
We hire the most trustworthy, dependable, and friendly people around to join our "hive." Background checks are completed for new hires, and each employee undergoes a rigorous training program. Safety and reliability are our primary goals. Please see our employee profiles to get to know many of the amazing Clean Bees co-workers.

How do you access my home?
|
You can provide us with a key, which is stored in our randomly numbered and assigned system, provide a garage code, or you can be there on the day of the cleaning to let us in. Safety and security are our top priority! If you choose to provide a key it is kept securely locked in our offices, and is never traceable back to your address.

Why doesn’t Clean Bees provide the vacuum?
|
Due to pet allergies and other special needs of many of our customers, we do not provide vacuums. This way you can rest assured that no ‘outside dirt’ will be brought into your home.

How is my cleaning priced?
|
If you choose to enroll in our maintenance cleanings (weekly, every other week, or monthly) this is how it works:
You have a “first time cleaning” which gets your house up to the Clean Bees standard that is easy to maintain. In this cleaning all basic items, organizing, and rotating basis items are completed. A bid with a low and high price range is provided in advance.
The next two cleanings are billed hourly, but will also fall into a price range provided in advance. These cleanings give us an opportunity to “practice” in your home, so that we can set the permanent price accurately for future visits.
On our third visit your price is set, and from this point forward all payments are due on the same day as your scheduled cleaning.

How can I pay?

We accept cash or check, and payment is due on the same day as your scheduled cleaning.

How do you ensure quality control?
|
Our cleanings are guaranteed, every time. We keep all your information and preferences on a “customer profile” that we create just for you. This allows us to layer your personal preferences with our company standards, so that we get your cleanings right! We also encourage you to fill out the Customer Feedback section on our website as much as possible. Occasionally, one of our staff will come to your home after the cleaning is complete to “check” the cleaning.

Will I get the same cleaner every time?
|
We strive for consistent staffing, and do our best to have the same person in your home as frequently as possible. The schedule is made three times a year. At that time we accommodate your preferences for day and time, and a cleaner is assigned to you. We alert you to any changes with as much notice as we can give.

Do I have to sign a contract?
|
Absolutely not. If at any time you wish to come off of the schedule all we ask is a full two weeks notice. If you cancel just one of your regularly scheduled cleanings, then the next visit back is billed hourly.
