We re-do our schedule three times a year: mid-January, mid-May, and mid-August to better accommodate your changing needs and the needs of our cleaners. Please fill out the form below to update or confirm the preferences we have on file for you.

Our Permanent Schedule

Every customer is given an exact spot within a block of time. You will receive an email confirming your "permanent spot" in the schedule as we re-do it three times a year. Sometimes, after the schedule is made, you can expect small, one-time changes. We will NOT notify you of these tiny changes. (For example, if your scheduled start or end time changes by under 20 minutes or if your normal cleaner will have a teammate for the day, etc.)
